HUSENMODA ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
It is important to us that you are happy with your Husen Moda Website purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from your date of purchase to return your item to exchange or refund. All items must be returned unused and in a fully resalable condition, with Husen Moda swing price tags attached.
Please take care not to damage or mark any items. Husen Moda reserves the right to deduct amounts from refunds up to the full value on items that show signs of use or unreasonable handling and are deemed not to be resalable.
Please note Husen Moda do not provide pre-paid postal returns. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep your proof of postage, with a copy of the recorded delivery number, this will enable you to track the parcel you are returning just in case your parcel goes missing. Husen Moda cannot be responsible for goods lost by the delivery services in the returns process or returns using alternative postal mailings.
Upon receipt of your return, we will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible and will provide you with confirmation by email. Delivery charges are non refundable.
